By service

What you can actually get in Russian, biggest first. Where a service has enough Russian speakers to be worth its own page, the card goes there.

Where these came from

These come from 48 different sources, led by exteriores.gob.es (20), a German diplomatic mission (15) and the UK Foreign Office's Find a professional service abroad (12). Consular lists are the reason a language turns up far from where it is spoken: a mission publishes the doctors and lawyers its own citizens can talk to, which is a language claim someone else made in public and we can point at.

85 of the 123 sit on an official list. The rest rest on the provider saying so, or on a directory that says it of its whole roster, which is a weaker claim and is labelled as such on every card.

What this page is not

The coverage is not even across services: doctors account for 38 of the 123, while physiotherapists account for 1. That reflects which professions get published in language-tagged lists, not which ones exist.

Questions

How many Russian-speaking providers are listed?
123, in 41 cities. That is the number whose working language we can trace to a published source, not an estimate of how many exist.
Where is Russian easiest to find?
Vilnius with 15, Dubai with 13 and Madrid with 12. Together that is 33% of this page.
Does a listing mean the provider speaks Russian personally?
Not always. Some sources name a practice whose staff include a Russian speaker rather than the named person, and each card quotes the wording its source used so you can judge it.
