By service

What you can actually get in Arabic, biggest first. Where a service has enough Arabic speakers to be worth its own page, the card goes there.

Where these came from

These come from 17 different sources, led by the UK Foreign Office's travel advice (66), the UK Foreign Office's Find a professional service abroad (66) and exteriores.gob.es (28). Consular lists are the reason a language turns up far from where it is spoken: a mission publishes the doctors and lawyers its own citizens can talk to, which is a language claim someone else made in public and we can point at.

184 of the 191 sit on an official list. The rest rest on the provider saying so, or on a directory that says it of its whole roster, which is a weaker claim and is labelled as such on every card.

What this page is not

The coverage is not even across services: lawyers account for 76 of the 191, while opticians account for 1. That reflects which professions get published in language-tagged lists, not which ones exist.

Questions

How many Arabic-speaking providers are listed?
191, in 36 cities. That is the number whose working language we can trace to a published source, not an estimate of how many exist.
Where is Arabic easiest to find?
Cairo with 26, Dubai with 21 and Amman with 19. Together that is 35% of this page.
Does a listing mean the provider speaks Arabic personally?
Not always. Some sources name a practice whose staff include an Arabic speaker rather than the named person, and each card quotes the wording its source used so you can judge it.
