This page lists every city where we can point at a source saying a lawyer works in Arabic. If you know a provider that belongs here, tell us and include where the language is stated.
Where these came from
These come from 19 different sources, led by the Victorian Legal Services Board + Commissioner (282), the Rechtsanwaltskammer Düsseldorf, the statutory bar of the Düsseldorf district (10) and a United States embassy or consulate (10). A consular list records the language because the mission publishes it for its own citizens, which is why Arabic turns up in 12 countries rather than only where Arabic is spoken.
326 of the 332 sit on an official list, 5 confirmed their own entry to us directly; the rest rest on the provider saying so or on a directory listing, and each card says which.
Where we have nothing
We list lawyers in 477 further cities with no Arabic speaker recorded, among them Brno (1035), Vilnius (552), Košice (421) and Budapest (371). That is a gap in what has been published, not proof that nobody there works in Arabic.
Questions
- How many Arabic-speaking lawyers does this page list?
- 332, in 25 cities. That is the number whose working language we can trace to a published source.
- Where are most of them?
- Melbourne with 279, Düsseldorf with 10 and Jerusalem with 9. Together that is 90% of the page.
- Does a listing mean the lawyer speaks Arabic personally?
- Not always. Some sources name a practice whose staff include an Arabic speaker rather than the named person, and each card quotes the wording its source used.
