By service

What you can actually get in Dutch, biggest first. Where a service has enough Dutch speakers to be worth its own page, the card goes there.

Where these came from

These come from 13 different sources, led by the UK Foreign Office's travel advice (18), the UK Foreign Office's Find a professional service abroad (13) and a German diplomatic mission (10). Consular lists are the reason a language turns up far from where it is spoken: a mission publishes the doctors and lawyers its own citizens can talk to, which is a language claim someone else made in public and we can point at.

54 of the 58 sit on an official list. The rest rest on the provider saying so, or on a directory that says it of its whole roster, which is a weaker claim and is labelled as such on every card.

What this page is not

The coverage is not even across services: doctors account for 23 of the 58, while physiotherapists account for 1. That reflects which professions get published in language-tagged lists, not which ones exist.

Questions

How many Dutch-speaking providers are listed?
58, in 26 cities. That is the number whose working language we can trace to a published source, not an estimate of how many exist.
Where is Dutch easiest to find?
Amsterdam with 17, Brussels with 7 and Groningen with 3. Together that is 47% of this page.
Does a listing mean the provider speaks Dutch personally?
Not always. Some sources name a practice whose staff include a Dutch speaker rather than the named person, and each card quotes the wording its source used so you can judge it.
