By service

What you can actually get in Korean, biggest first. Where a service has enough Korean speakers to be worth its own page, the card goes there.

Where these came from

These come from 7 different sources, led by the UK Foreign Office's Find a professional service abroad (17), the UK Foreign Office's travel advice (10) and a German diplomatic mission (5). Consular lists are the reason a language turns up far from where it is spoken: a mission publishes the doctors and lawyers its own citizens can talk to, which is a language claim someone else made in public and we can point at.

33 of the 36 sit on an official list. The rest rest on the provider saying so, or on a directory that says it of its whole roster, which is a weaker claim and is labelled as such on every card.

What this page is not

The coverage is not even across services: doctors account for 17 of the 36, while therapists account for 1. That reflects which professions get published in language-tagged lists, not which ones exist.

Questions

How many Korean-speaking providers are listed?
36, in 12 cities. That is the number whose working language we can trace to a published source, not an estimate of how many exist.
Where is Korean easiest to find?
Seoul with 22, Bangkok with 2 and Busan with 2. Together that is 72% of this page.
Does a listing mean the provider speaks Korean personally?
Not always. Some sources name a practice whose staff include a Korean speaker rather than the named person, and each card quotes the wording its source used so you can judge it.
