This page lists every city where a published source says a provider works in Slovenian. If you know a provider that belongs here, tell us and include where the language is stated.
Where these came from
These come from 18 different sources, led by the Croatian Ministry of Justice, Administration and Digital Transformation (40), Austria's Ministry of Justice (court interpreter list) (13) and the UK Foreign Office's Find a professional service abroad (10). Consular lists are the reason a language turns up far from where it is spoken: a mission publishes the doctors and lawyers its own citizens can talk to, which is a language claim someone else made in public and we can point at.
Every one of these sits on an official list, published by a body with nothing to sell.
What this page is not
The coverage is not even across services: translators account for 68 of the 93, while tax advisers account for 1. That reflects which professions get published in language-tagged lists, not which ones exist.
Questions
- How many Slovenian-speaking providers are listed?
- 93, in 25 cities. That is the number whose working language we can trace to a published source, not an estimate of how many exist.
- Where is Slovenian easiest to find?
- Zagreb with 23, Graz with 13 and Rijeka with 10. Together that is 49% of this page.
- Does a listing mean the provider speaks Slovenian personally?
- Not always. Some sources name a practice whose staff include a Slovenian speaker rather than the named person, and each card quotes the wording its source used so you can judge it.
