Where these came from

These come from 2 different sources, led by gov.pl (27) and kecser.com (1). A consular list records the language because the mission publishes it for its own citizens, which is why Polish turns up in 4 countries rather than only where Polish is spoken.

27 of the 28 sit on an official list; the rest rest on the provider saying so or on a directory listing, which is a weaker claim and is labelled as such on each card.

Where we have nothing

We list lawyers in 235 further cities with no Polish speaker recorded, among them Paris (208), Barcelona (105), Vienna (91) and Madrid (73). That is a gap in what has been published, not proof that nobody there works in Polish.
