Where these came from

These come from 18 different sources, led by the UK Foreign Office's Find a professional service abroad (10), the Polish Ministry of Justice (5) and the Turkish Ministry of Justice (5). Consular lists are the reason a language turns up far from where it is spoken: a mission publishes the doctors and lawyers its own citizens can talk to, which is a language claim someone else made in public and we can point at.

37 of the 45 sit on an official list; the rest rest on the provider saying so or on a directory listing, and each card says which.

What this page is not

The coverage is not even across services: translators account for 19 of the 45, while vets account for 1. That reflects which professions get published in language-tagged lists, not which ones exist.

Questions

How many Georgian-speaking providers are listed?
45, in 14 cities. That is the number whose working language we can trace to a published source, not an estimate of how many exist.
Where is Georgian easiest to find?
Tbilisi with 20, Warsaw with 5 and Prague with 4. Together that is 64% of this page.
Does a listing mean the provider speaks Georgian personally?
Not always. Some sources name a practice whose staff include a Georgian speaker rather than the named person, and each card quotes the wording its source used so you can judge it.
