Nothing matches that combination.
This page lists every city where we can point at a source saying a school teaches in Chinese. If you know a provider that belongs here, tell us and include where the language is stated.
Where these came from
These come from 3 different sources, led by the French Ministry of Education (43), isi.go.kr (7) and auslandsschulwesen.de (1). A consular list records the language because the mission publishes it for its own citizens, which is why Chinese turns up in 4 countries rather than only where Chinese is spoken.
Every one of these sits on an official list, published by a body with nothing to sell.
Where we have nothing
We list schools in 261 further cities with no Chinese teaching recorded, among them Seville (121), Málaga (102), Granada (77) and Berlin (47). That is a gap in what has been published, not proof that nobody there teaches in Chinese.
