Where these came from

These come from 17 different sources, led by the Victorian Legal Services Board + Commissioner (433), a United States embassy or consulate (20) and a United States embassy or consulate (19). A consular list records the language because the mission publishes it for its own citizens, which is why Hindi turns up in 10 countries rather than only where Hindi is spoken.

Every one of these sits on an official list, published by a body with nothing to sell.

Where we have nothing

We list lawyers in 481 further cities with no Hindi speaker recorded, among them Prague (5999), Düsseldorf (2488), Bratislava (2386) and Brno (1035). That is a gap in what has been published, not proof that nobody there works in Hindi.

Questions

How many Hindi-speaking lawyers does this page list?
515, in 21 cities. That is the number whose working language we can trace to a published source.
Where are most of them?
Melbourne with 429, Kathmandu with 18 and Auckland with 13. Together that is 89% of the page.
Does a listing mean the lawyer speaks Hindi personally?
Not always. Some sources name a practice whose staff include a Hindi speaker rather than the named person, and each card quotes the wording its source used.
