Where these came from
These come from 7 different sources, led by a United States embassy or consulate (15), a German diplomatic mission (4) and the Australian government (3). A consular list records the language because the mission publishes it for its own citizens, which is why Catalan turns up in 2 countries rather than only where Catalan is spoken.
