Where these came from

These come from 6 different sources, led by the UK Foreign Office's travel advice (2), bmeia.gv.at (2) and at.usembassy.gov (2). A consular list records the language because the mission publishes it for its own citizens, which is why Spanish turns up in 6 countries rather than only where Spanish is spoken.

8 of the 9 sit on an official list; the rest rest on the provider saying so or on a directory listing, which is a weaker claim and is labelled as such on each card.

Where we have nothing

We list doctors in 193 further cities with no Spanish speaker recorded, among them Athens (95), Budapest (72), Rome (49) and Zagreb (44). That is a gap in what has been published, not proof that nobody there works in Spanish.
