Where these came from

These come from 2 different sources, led by Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (29) and the UK Foreign Office's travel advice (1). A consular list records the language because the mission publishes it for its own citizens, which is why Nepali turns up in 1 country rather than only where Nepali is spoken.

Every one of these sits on an official list, published by a body with nothing to sell.
