Where these came from

These come from 5 different sources, led by the Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Hamburg, Hamburg's statutory doctors' association (6), the Psychotherapeutenkammer NRW, the statutory psychotherapists' chamber of North Rhine-Westphalia (4) and the UK Foreign Office's travel advice (1). A consular list records the language because the mission publishes it for its own citizens, which is why Swedish turns up in 4 countries rather than only where Swedish is spoken.

Every one of these sits on an official list, published by a body with nothing to sell.

Where we have nothing

We list therapists in 120 further cities with no Swedish speaker recorded, among them Düsseldorf (119), Paris (54), Graz (50) and Brussels (46). That is a gap in what has been published, not proof that nobody there works in Swedish.

Questions

How many Swedish-speaking therapists does this page list?
13, in 6 cities. That is the number whose working language we can trace to a published source.
Where are most of them?
Hamburg with 6, Cologne with 3 and Barcelona with 1. Together that is 77% of the page.
Does a listing mean the therapist speaks Swedish personally?
Not always. Some sources name a practice whose staff include a Swedish speaker rather than the named person, and each card quotes the wording its source used.
