Where these came from

These come from 11 different sources, led by the Czech Bar Association (32), the Slovak Bar Association (23) and the Victorian Legal Services Board + Commissioner (15). A consular list records the language because the mission publishes it for its own citizens, which is why Ukrainian turns up in 8 countries rather than only where Ukrainian is spoken.

81 of the 83 sit on an official list; the rest rest on the provider saying so or on a directory listing, and each card says which.

Where we have nothing

We list lawyers in 490 further cities with no Ukrainian speaker recorded, among them Brno (1035), Vilnius (552), Budapest (371) and Freiburg (340). That is a gap in what has been published, not proof that nobody there works in Ukrainian.

Questions

How many Ukrainian-speaking lawyers does this page list?
83, in 12 cities. That is the number whose working language we can trace to a published source.
Where are most of them?
Prague with 28, Bratislava with 19 and Melbourne with 15. Together that is 75% of the page.
Does a listing mean the lawyer speaks Ukrainian personally?
Not always. Some sources name a practice whose staff include a Ukrainian speaker rather than the named person, and each card quotes the wording its source used.
