Where these came from
These come from 4 different sources, led by fsa.go.jp (14), Taiwan's Employment Gold Card Office (1) and city.hiroshima.lg.jp (1). A consular list records the language because the mission publishes it for its own citizens, which is why Vietnamese turns up in 2 countries rather than only where Vietnamese is spoken.
Every one of these sits on an official list, published by a body with nothing to sell.
Where we have nothing
